UK Delivery

UK delivery costs will vary according to the item or items purchased.  Each item is custom made and sent to you by our artists. Some will offer free or reduced delivery charges on orders above a certain value and other artists will base their charges on the weight and size of the parcel. All delivery costs are very clearly stated on the artists page and again at the checkout.

 

As our products are made by hand, each artist will work to their own timescale but these are very clearly stated on the artist’s page and will be shown on the email you will receive to confirm your order.

 

If ordering from more than one artist, your goods will more than likely arrive at different times. If your order takes longer to make than was originally stated we will email you giving the reason for this and letting you know when you can expect to receive your order. At this point you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order if you wish to do so.

 

Cancellation of Orders

UK Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your contract to purchase any items you may order within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by email  at  cancelorder@cherrypickedforyou.co.uk. The order must be returned to the artist in accordance with the returns policy outlined below.

If for any reason you decide to return your purchase(s), we will offer a full refund or exchange as long as this is requested, in writing, within 7 days of receiving the delivery.  Goods must be returned to the artist within 14 days from the date of delivery and in perfect condition, with their original packaging  intact and accompanied by the delivery note. You must not destroy any packaging or product before completing the returns form and receiving confirmation of how to return the item. We recommend that the returned parcel be sent via registered or signed for first class post and we will require a proof of postage before we can issue a refund.

Exchanges can only be made with the artist who made the product being returned and thus only for items made by them.

Delivery costs on returned goods will be at the customer’s expense. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.  The only time we will refund postage is if the goods received by the customer were faulty or an error was made on our part. The refund for the goods will be made after the artist has received the goods and found them to be in perfect condition. If the product is found to be damaged when we receive it, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

If your order was a personalised one, or custom made or commissioned, cancellation of your order will only be accepted if work on it has not commenced.  Personalised items that have been made to order with names are non-returnable, but these will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Where a cancellation is acceptable a full refund will be made via our payment provider, Sagepay, to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
